Our strength is our people

Human-powered school

FTEJerez employs approximately 150 permanent staff to deliver training and all associated services. All aspects of the package provided at Jerez are delivered by our own staff, with no elements outsourced. As a result we have total control of the process from accommodation and aircraft maintenance through to ground, flight and simulator training.

At FTEJerez we believe that our instructors are, without exception, highly motivated, charismatic individuals with fascinating aviation backgrounds and a wealth of knowledge and experience. They are passionate about what they do and are committed to help our cadets realise their potential to become exceptional pilots.

As class sizes are kept to a minimum, they are able to provide personalised attention to the individual needs of our cadets.

Multi-crew Training

When our cadets reach their final stage of training, the Jet Orientation Course, they are trained by our multi-crew instructors, who are seasoned airline training captains. With the experience gained through thousands of flying hours with leading airlines world-wide, our multi-crew instructors prepare our cadets for the next step in their career, narrowing the bridge between their flight training and their first position as an Airline First Officer.
