FTEJerez is proud to announce that we have been chosen by Barcelona based Volotea to provide the airline with a number of FTEJerez graduates for employment with the company.  Volotea is one of Europe’s young, dynamic and fast growing airlines operating from Venice and Nantes and currently serving 35 destinations around Europe.

Volotea’s choice of FTEJerez  as a provider of  quality trained pilots to be employed as the airline’s future captains, is further proof of the high regard the international aviation community has for the quality training FTEJerez provides. Volotea  joins  a long list of leading international airlines either entrusting FTEJerez with the training of their cadet pilots or sourcing their pilots from the college. Current clients training their cadets at FTEJerez include British Airways, Emirates, Qatar airways, Aer Lingus, Flybe and Middle East Airlines, to name but a few.

FTEJerez CEO Oscar Sordo commented as follows: ‘We are extremely pleased with our new partnership with Volotea.  This is great news for the college, and it presents a huge opportunity to all our national and international graduates,  knowing that if they excel,  they stand a good chance to be offered a flight-deck position with Volotea,  and that right here on their doorstep!’.

It is estimated that the graduates who get selected to join Volotea, will commence their line training with the airline as early as February 2013.
