This week FTEJerez has completed the first APC (previous competence assessment) evaluation ever carried out in Spain by an initial training provider. The controller has been evaluated in both theory and simulator to identify his performance and attitudes to begin Pre-OJT (on the job training) in a tower. This is the first time that this process and evaluation has been developed by an initial training provider.

This achievement has been accomplished at the same time as two of our recent ATC graduates have received formal job offers in the UAE, demonstrating FTEJerez’s commitment to assist both pilot and ATC graduates through our proactive Career Development Service department.
