In what is another milestone for FTEJerez, the college is pleased to announce that it has received approval from the Spanish Civil Aviation Authority (AESA) to deliver ICAO Conversion Courses to change ICAO Air Traffic Control (ATC) licences  to European ones in accordance with E.U standards.

In receiving this approval, FTEJerez became the first ATC training organisation in Spain to be granted this authorisation.

Miguel Caparrós, FTEJerez’s ATC Training Manager, indicates a fair amount of interest in this new training programme lasting 8 weeks and is divided into distance learning (2 weeks) and on-campus (6 weeks) training modules.

The first ICAO ATC Conversion Course will commence in August 2013.
