FTEJerez had the privilege of receiving the executive team of Air Europa Express this week, who presented new recruitment opportunities to their students.

Since 2018, FTEJerez has maintained a solid partnership with Air Europa Express, and this new step strengthens their relationship, opening new career paths for their cadets. Air Europa Express, which began operations in 2016, is in the process of unifying and expanding its fleet with Boeing 737 NG aircraft, aiming to double its current fleet.

During an inspiring talk, Toni Gimeno, General Director of Air Europa Express, shared his business vision, highlighting the importance of employee quality and personal development, which increases productivity and job satisfaction. Gimeno praised the resilience of his team, which allowed the company to overcome challenging times such as the pandemic, and expressed his confidence in FTEJerez as one of the best schools in Europe for its quality and high level of instruction.

Alejandro Valiente, Head of Flight Operations, described the transition from cadets to commercial pilots, covering both the technical and emotional aspects of the job. For his part, Rafael Larruy, Head of Training, emphasized the importance of continuous training for pilots and detailed Air Europa’s B737 NG Type Rating course, which stands out for its commitment to the highest standards.
