FTEJerez Air Traffic Control has been busy in recent months as the increase in demand is quite noticeable. As a positive consequence, we have developed a substantial number of courses during the year, and we have many others scheduled for the coming months. An example was the great collaboration we recently had by training members of ECNA, Empresa Cubana de Navegación Aérea: at their headquarters at La Habana, 12 controllers and supervisors accomplished our course on leadership, teamwork, and stress and conflict management.

Not even the hurricanes were a problem for our department, and we are happy to say that the course was a great success.
