Last Friday 8th of November, FTE’s Air Traffic Control division graduated the first 6 students for M-NAV, the Air Navigation Service Provider of the Republic of North Macedonia. Nikolche Taseski and Irena Kalicanin, Director and Vice Director respectively of M-NAV’s Air Navigation services, attended the graduation as guests of honour.
Five of the six graduates will join the control centre in Skopje, Macedonia, while the remaining graduate will join Ohrid control tower. Miguel Caparrós, ATC Head of Training, FTEJerez commented: “This is the first group of Macedonian controllers that successfully graduates from Jerez, following the award of M-NAV’s tender back in June. Working with M-NAV and their selected students has been a pleasure and we look forward to be entrusted with the training of their next controllers in the future”.
