FTEJerez delivers training to Georgian ATC

with No Comments

Our FTEJerez ATC Training Division has delivered the first training course for Air Traffic Controllers from Georgia. Four Georgian Controllers, currently manning different Towers in their country, successfully passed the OJTI training modules which were delivered at FTE’ s Aviation Campus from the 22nd of February to the 4th of March.

The aim of the OJTI Course is to provide the participants with the necessary fundamental knowledge, skills and attitude to enable the issue of an On-the-Job Training Instructor licence endorsement through role-plays, discussions, lectures and simulator exercises. This training is part of FTE’s ATC 360º services, offering ANSP’s off-the-shelf and bespoke training solutions, from ICAO conversions and Team Resource Management to full scopeab initio training packages and consultancy services.
