FTEJerez has many years of experience in aviation training and enjoys international recognition as one of the most prestigious ATO’s in Europe. Our ATC training services are based on the same principle that has made our pilot training an industry benchmark: a focus on training excellence. Due to this philosophy, today, FTEJerez has established itself as a partner of choice for leading ASNP’s such as NATS, FerroNATS and ENAIRE, whilst offering our ATC cadets the best training and job prospects in the industry.
To achieve this demanding standard, FTEJerez relies on its international team of qualified ATC instructors. All have significant experience in civil and military aviation, in both national and international operational positions, and at least an ICAO level 5 English.
Not only to achieve this standard, but also due to the expansion of our ATC training services, FTEJerez is constantly recruiting ATC instructors to join our team in Jerez, southern Spain. We look for experienced and motivated instructors to join our international team to deliver both theoretical instruction and practical training in our state-of-the-art Tower and Radar simulators.
Ideally, the candidate will have experience in civil and/or military aviation in national or international operational positions. In addition, the candidate will have a proven training experience (academic or on the job) and at least an ICAO level 5 English. For the ideal candidate, we offer:
I joined the FTE-team as an ATC-instructor late 2016, after 46 years as ATCO, SATCO and AFIS-manager for Norways ATS-provider, Avinor. At FTE I find a great working-environment, where I enjoy sharing my experience with collegues and the next generation of air traffic controllers."Stein Nielsen ATC Instructor
With a background in aviation, I applied for a position as pseudo pilot for FTE’s ATC division back in 2018. Working as a pseudo pilot with ATC instructors with decades of international experience and in an aeronautical environment where the airline captains of tomorrow and future controllers train and live together, is an amazing way to build an exciting career in aviation and I would fully recommend applying for this position to anyone interested in entering this challenging and rewarding industry."Africa Herrera ATC Pseudo-Pilot
